Methodology : We receive the request from all your needs, through a check list with all the information about what you are looking for and the objectives of your search (investment, installation, industrial, office, trade, etc.). If possible, we ask that you send us an example of something that already exists and is similar of what you want. Based on this information and a telephone call or personal meeting to align expectations, Bercast will appoint a project manager who will be responsible for defining with you a work schedule with an action plan, whose evolution can be monitored by the web. Upon this information, the project manager will be responsible for seeking a list of real estate, land and/or projects that meet customer needs.

Once finalized the choice, Bercast gives support for verification of the documents, if necessary involving a legal or tax partner, and the contract signature.

Rate : 6% of the value of the transaction (legal or tax fees, if required, not included)
