Methodology : Analysis on the market where the operation is done, developping arguments to support the negotiation, through our deep knowledge of the market and the elements, helping also to minimize the emotional effects when the negotiation is done between the seller and buyer

Rate : 3% on the total amount dealed (if we are not receiving the agent commission)

Note : This fee can be negotiate case to case, and in part based in success fee too
