In July, the volume of loans for the acquisition and construction of buildings increased by 14.1% compared with the previous month and 4.3% over the same period of 2013, according to a survey from the National Association of Real Estate Credit and Savings (Abecip) released this week. Altogether, were funded in month 50 200 properties, totaling R $ 10.4 billion in business.
From January to July this year, 307 000 units received funding, equivalent to R $ 63.6 million. The result is 6.7% higher than in the same period last year.
Over the past 12 months, the volume of real estate loans with features of savings accounts the Brazilian System of Savings and Loans (Savings Accounts) reached R $ 113.2 billion, 14.5% the value recorded in the previous 12 months. 544 000 properties were financed during the period between July 2013 and July this year, against 496 900 units contracted in the previous 12 months.
Savings accounts maintained positive uptake in July. Deposits exceeded withdrawals and £ 2.87 billion in the first seven months of the year, net income totaled R $ 11.2 billion.
